We are an owner-operated company with a team of over 50 engineers. We are adept at taking on multiple and large-scale projects without sacrificing quality or service. Garry has had over 35 years’ experience in electrical and control system engineering services, especially in the mining industry, and established Paradigm Engineers in July 2012. Garry was previously one of the owners of Logitech Consultants, which commenced operation in 1993. Logitech Consultants merged with Camms to form LogiCamms. Garry was a board director and the WA Director for LogiCamms until 2011.
Garry has extensive experience in electrical and control system engineering across all project phases from studies, through to detailed design, installation, and commissioning.
Whilst being a company owner and director, Garry has always taken an active role in the specification, design, review and commissioning of project work.
Andrew has overall responsibility for the systems and services to support Paradigm Engineers. This includes the following portfolios: Human Resources; Health, Safety & Environment; Project Controls; Quality Assurance; Office Administration; Information Technology and Information Systems.
Andrew has over 32 years’ industry experience throughout Australia, as a General Manager, Project Manager, Lead Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer for clients across a range of industries including mining and mineral processing (iron ore, salt and gold).
Further to his engineering and project management duties, for several decades, Andrew has had a strong focus on providing Project Controls, QA and IS solutions to the business.
Jacqui has overall responsibility for the successfully delivery and management of all projects by leading a team of high performing professionals.
Jacqui has over 25 years’ industry experience throughout Australia, as a Project Manager, Lead Engineer and Senior Control Systems / Electrical Engineer for clients across a range of industries including mining and mineral processing (iron ore, salt, copper and bauxite). Jacqui is also a qualified functional safety practitioner (Exida) with over 4 years’ experience in delivering Functional Safety Projects.
Jacqui has engineering skills across all project phases from studies, through to detailed design, installation, and commissioning, as well as significant experience in lead/managerial roles.
Jacqui works closely with other members of the management team to ensure projects are delivered to meet the expectations of the key stakeholders.
Mark ensures the technical success of our projects by leading the engineering team in maintaining the utmost quality of project deliverables.
Mark has almost 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Systems projects Australia wide. This includes industry experience across manufacturing and utilities, but it is primarily within the mining industry where he is knowledgeable across materials handling, mineral processing, and underground mining.
Mark has a proven ability to lead the delivery of superior engineering solutions, from major design projects through to existing installation optimisation. He effectively manages resources to meet client requirements within budget and schedule constraints.
Holding an honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Mark is also a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia, senior member of the International Society of Automation and a qualified functional safety practitioner (Exida).
Paul is a senior qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in the mining services sector.
Paul is skilled across a range of accounting disciplines, including management, project, financial and systems accounting.
His expertise is in the development of enterprise resource planning and accounting systems to support the management of small to medium enterprises that are project-focussed.
With his experience in senior accounting roles he is able to partner and communicate with managers across the business to improve operational outcomes.
Andreas is a central member of the team who manages client relationships, ensuring that we meet our client’s requirements and expectations.
Andreas has over 30 years’ experience in the Process Automation space having commissioned projects around the world in Power, Oil & Gas and Mining projects.
Andreas has worked for 23 years in various senior technical roles for ABB Globally in South Africa, UK, Italy, USA, UAE, Qatar and Australia and 5 years for SPIE as the Newmont Global Account Manager.
Andreas started his career in engineering and has extensive site experience which includes ABB University Instructor and technical lead on global and local major projects.
Andreas is actively involved in project engineering where he ensures the quality and delivery of projects to meets client’s needs.
