Established by CEO Garry McGrechan, who started Logitech in 1994 (which became ASX listed Logicamms), the team at Paradigm has been providing innovative solutions to clients for over 10 years across Australia. In that time, we have built a reputation for being experts in our field. Whether PLC/ DCS programming or functional safety, we aim to provide efficient and repeatable outcomes.

We are an owner-operated company with a team of over 50 engineers. We are adept at taking on multiple and large-scale projects without sacrificing quality or service. Plus, we have a complete in-house electrical, instrumentation and controls department that believes in providing high-quality engineering services that are reliable and efficient.
